USA WORLD CUP QUALIFIER TUESDAY LIVE ON PAY PER VIEW
Hoboken, NJ. –The U.S. National Team plays its second World Cup Qualifier on Tuesday, June 12, when they face Guatemala in Guatemala City. The important match will be shown live on both satellite and cable pay-per-view, as well as on-line PPV on Ustream.tv at http://www.ustream.tv/integratedsportsppv.at 10:00 pm ET/7:00 pm PT.
The U.S. is coming off a 3-1 win over Antigua and Barbuda in Tampa on Friday night. Carlos Bocanegra, Clint Dempsey and Herculez Gomez accounted for the U.S. scoring, while Peter Byers came off the bench to spoil goalkeeper Tim Howard’s shutout.
The match will be available via iN Demand, DIRECTV, DISH Network and Avail-TVN for a suggested retail price of only $29.95. The game will be available with both English and Spanish commentary, with Joe Tolleson and Shaka Hislop calling the action in English.
The last time the U.S. and Guatemala met was in World Cup qualifying in 2008, ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. The United States won both those matchups, taking the first 1-0 in Guatemala City and then the return leg 2-0 in Commerce City, Colorado.
